By accessing and using Veedz AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Veedz AI provides an in-browser artificial intelligence upscaling tool for images and videos. The Service utilizes your device's hardware (via WebGPU or WASM) to process files locally. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Acceptable Use and Content Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership to the images and videos you process using the Service. Because the processing is completely local to your device, we have no access to your files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process and use the content you load into the tool. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes.

4. No Warranty / "As-Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Veedz AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the upscaling results will meet your expectations or that the Service will be compatible with all browsers and hardware configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Veedz AI or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, hardware issues, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Veedz AI has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. (Note: heavy local processing may cause your device to consume more power and generate heat.)

Veedz AI may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
