1. Your media never reaches us

Veedz AI upscales images and video entirely inside your browser, using your own hardware via WebGPU with a CPU fallback. There is no upload step in the product: your file is read by the page, processed on your device, and written back to a download.

This means we never receive, store, transmit or have any access to the files you process or the results they produce. We cannot hand them to anyone, lose them in a breach, or use them to train a model, because no copy of them ever exists outside your device. You can verify this yourself by opening your browser's network tools while upscaling, or by disconnecting from the internet once the AI model has loaded — the tool keeps working.

This guarantee is about your media. The website that hosts the tool is an ordinary website and does use analytics and advertising, which the rest of this policy describes honestly.

2. Storage on your device

The AI model is downloaded once and then cached by your browser in local storage or IndexedDB so that later sessions start instantly and work offline. This cache lives on your device, is readable only by this site, and is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it; the model simply downloads again next time.

We may also store small preferences locally, such as your chosen theme or language.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregated website analytics to understand which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This tells us that a page was viewed; it tells us nothing about the files you process, because that information never leaves your device in the first place.

Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

4. Advertising and cookies

This website is supported by advertising, and that advertising uses cookies. We are setting this out plainly because it is the part of the site that does involve third parties.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info, or, in Europe, at Your Online Choices.

Advertising cookies are set by the ad network, not by us, and we do not have access to the data they collect. We never share anything about the files you upscale with an advertiser, for the simple reason that we do not have it.

5. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies — including advertising cookies — are set. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer.

Where we process personal data, the legal basis is your consent for advertising and non-essential analytics, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website for what is strictly necessary. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it, and it does not affect your ability to use the upscaling tool, which does not depend on advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

In practice we hold very little: we have no accounts, no logins, and none of your media. Most of what governs your experience sits in your own browser and in the ad network's cookies, both of which you can clear or opt out of directly. 7. Children

Veedz AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International visitors

The site is served from a global content delivery network, so the page itself may be delivered from a server near you. Because your media is processed locally, using the tool does not transfer your files across any border. Analytics and advertising providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy, and will revise the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on the site rather than made quietly.
